Finished reading the trilogy. The Capitol is a non-stop supply of cruel monstrosities. Everything that could go wrong did in the worst and most horrific way possible. Those that had it coming got what they deserved, while those that deserved to live were denied the chance. The ending manages to be a somewhat happy one, but not in a fairy tale way.
